Clause 01

Payment Towards Advance Membership / Certification Exam

Full payment is due at the time of registration for all memberships and certification exams.

We accept the following payment methods:

Clause 01

Limitation of Liability

In case of any disputes or perceived failure to provide service as agreed, GetCertNow™ will only be liable for the amount paid by the student towards the fee paid.

GetCertNow™ will not be liable for lost wages, travel costs, or any other incidental costs. Total reimbursement will never exceed the amount the student paid for the Membership or Exam.
Clause 02

Online Preparatory Course Extension

Online preparatory course extension operates as a Recurring Payment plan. GetCertNow™ / VMEdu® will automatically charge your account on a recurring basis.

Cancellations must be made from your VMEdu® account before the next payment date. After cancellation, access remains active until your next payment date.
Clause 03

Proprietary Use of Study Material

All course content is the proprietary property of GetCertNow.org No part of any course material may be reproduced, stored, transmitted, or translated into any language without prior written consent.

Copyright Notice: Unauthorized reproduction constitutes a violation of copyright laws. By enrolling, you represent that you are participating in SCRUMstudy™ certification exams solely and have no relationship with any non-SCRUMstudy™ partner training provider.
Clause 04

Cancellation Policy

Within 2 Days

Cancellation is permitted with a fee of $100 USD.

After 2 Days

No cancellation requests will be accepted after 2 days of enrollment.

Clause 05

Membership Information Sharing

Information about your membership may be provided to co-workers in your company who may ask for reference about our course offerings.
Clause 06

Exam Rescheduling

Effective from October 15, 2014, if students reschedule their proctored exam, a rescheduling fee applies.

Rescheduling Fee: $50 USD — This fee is mandatory and non-negotiable. Please plan your exam date carefully to avoid additional charges.
Clause 07

Non-Solicitation Policy

Upon passing the SCRUMstudy™ certification exam, your name will be added to the success list. You may also be featured in photos or videos of GetCertNow™ classes.

GetCertNow.org will not distribute your personal information to any third-party marketing database. Disclosure occurs only on a case-by-case basis after proper verification.

Your personal information may be used to send you information and promotional messages from GetCertNow™ about products, services, and events.

Clause 08

Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute, VMEdu®'s decision is final and binding on all parties involved.

Policy Changes

VMEdu® reserves the discretion to change these terms and conditions without any prior notice. Students are encouraged to review this page periodically for updates.
